Conference Cancellation

In the unlikely event of the leadership committee canceling ITCKC, a refund will automatically be issued to registrants in the form it was received when possible. We are sorry but credit card transaction fees and foreign transaction fees may not get processed.

We highly encourage the purchase of trip/ travel/ medical insurance via Talent Trust (partnering with ITCKC to offer substantial discounts). This will help with your additional potential losses related to flights, rental car, extra hotels, etc. Unfortunately ITCKC cannot be held liable for covering any of those additional losses you may incur.

Refund Policy

We understand. Life happens. Often unexpectedly. So you need to change your plans.

Please notify us immediately in writing so we can begin to process any refund for which you may be eligible. Send an email to the ITCKC Registration Team itckc.info@gmail.com letting us know you are officially canceling your reservation and we will begin to process your partial refund.

Health Protocols

ITCKC will require all participants to abide by health protocols imposed by the Thai government and Suan Bua Resort. Be aware, protocols may change suddenly. Currently there are no specific requirements for vaccinations, testing, masking, or social distancing in relationship to COVID variants.

Participants will be permitted to exceed required protocols (e.g. – wearing a mask during sessions when not required) but may not request others to do likewise.
